The property is excellent value for money, in the heart of Pietrasanta and close to restaurants, bars, galleries, artworks etc. The property is very clean. With the windows open you get the sounds you'd expect in an old Italian town and which we enjoyed, but its very quiet with the windows closed. The kitchen and laundry are well-appointed. The internet is a bit weak, but I'm sure that can be improved. Parking between the rail and bus station is free, and not far away when you use the pedestrian underpass. At one end of this there are some steep stairs, and the elevator hasn't worked all week, so possibly better to temporarily park near the tourist information booth, take your luggage to the apartment, and then go to the free parking near the bus station.

It's a perfect accomodation to stay in the nice place Pietra Santa. Nearby the station, at walking distance. Which gives a good opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre, Luca, Pisa and the beach. Pietra Santa is a vivid place but not so overcrowded as the villages in Cinque Terre, therefore we were happy we choose this place. Well arranged and good communication .

Property has ample space, superbly located. The positioning of both sleepingrooms facing the busy nightlife creates a big challenge for sleeping without earplugs.
