About this house rental
Charming independent villa of new construction furnished with care and fine finishes, located in Marina di Pietrasanta at 900m. from the sea. The apartment consists of a living room kitchen, with a double sofa bed, tastefully furnished and complete with all accessories; double bedroom with large wardrobe; bright bathroom with shower and large equipped terrace, with Pompeian cover, where you can spend pleasant moments in full relaxation. It is located near the Versiliana park (renowned for its theater) and by following a cycle path in the shade of a tree-lined avenue, you can reach the small Athens Pietrasanta with its historical monuments, its art galleries and its renowned restaurants. Also nearby is Forte dei Marmi with the Wednesday market famous for its designer labels and Viareggio with its promenade. Moving inland, the Apuan Alps are a marvel of nature overlooking the Versilia sea.

Leider waren die Nachbarn sehr laut, italienisch emotional eben. Muss man mögen.
Es fehlte der Blick von der Terrasse in sowas schönes, mehr als unser Auto vor dem Häuschen war nicht ;-)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Alles sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Küche ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Geschirrspühlmaschine. Sowohl in der Wohnküche als auch im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, die wir aber im September nicht benötigt haben. Wir haben jeden Tag auf der schönen Terrasse gegessen. Mit dem Fahrrard sind es knapp 5 Minuten zum Strand.
Herzlichen Dank an Fiorello und Luca für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir hoffen, wir können bald wieder kommen!

Nice house and has a great location, near to the beach, park and supermarket. Nice view from the patio. Equipped kitchen. We liked our stay exept one thing - the owner visited the house frequently in our absence without letting us know.
