Portion of an ancient typical Tuscan farmhouse.
The house is located in the quaint medieval village of Terricciola a stone's throw from all services.
The apartment, with separate entrance, is on the ground floor with access to the large porch and the exclusive garden where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the hills of Pisa.
The elegant loft, of over 65 square meters, bright and welcoming with the beamed ceiling and the original stone walls is accompanied by a lovely bathroom with shower and a large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the loggia.
The orientation to the west of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the olive groves and the villages lying on the hills, up to Pisa and up to the Apuan Alps.
Consumption and weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and fascinating medieval villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Versilia, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
We are 9 km from the Terme di Casciana where you can enjoy balneotherapy, whirlpools and beauty farm treatments, from Lajatico with its Teatro del Silenzio, from Lari with the castle and the famous Martelli artisan pasta factory and many other charming villages such as Peccioli, Palaia, Chianni etc ...

We stayed in Sole for 2 nights then in Terra for 4 nights. Both were excellent and Maurizio could not have been more helpful. Sole had a pool but Terra was more spacious. Also had a large covered area to sit in the shade.

Great location with wonderful views . We were welcomed with plate of delicious food and bottle of wine from local vineyard , plus invitation to wine tasting which we participated in and enjoyed very much .

Ho soggiornato per una notte insieme al mio ragazzo e posso dire che la casa è bella e intima, arredata nei minimi dettagli e la vista è meravigliosa!
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. Siamo stati davvero bene, la consiglio vivamente per staccare un po’ la spina. Torneremo sicuramente

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Internet-Beschreibung und wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage oberhalb der Ortschaft war O.k. nur leider durch die angrenzenden Häuser zu laut. Der Schotterparkplatz verursachte ständig Geräusche,(auch nachts).
Stefania und Mauritius waren perfekte Gastgeber. Der Einladung zu einem Abend mit selbst zubereiteten toskanischen Spezialitäten sind wir gerne gefolgt und waren sehr angetan. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber uneingschränkt weiter empfehlen.
