About this house rental
In the very center of the peaceful and colorful village of Lachania is located the Villa Salvia. A three level, traditional villa providing, all the relaxation and calm one may need during his refueling holiday period.
The villa’s 90m2 offer comfortable and spacious areas for 2 to 6 people.
Divided on the ground floor with the cozy living room with the traditional fireplace corner, the kitchen and the bathroom; the first floor, where is the double-bed room offering from its balcony breathtaking views, from the vast natural environment to the sea, while enjoying the morning coffee next to the bοugainvillea.
Finally the basement with the «Pataros» the traditional wooden furniture able to host up to 4 people for a renewal sleep.
Just outside your doorstep there is a patio of 80m2 with the big bougainvillea, (shared with other two villas, only in case they are occupied), offering absolute privacy from the village’s central square but at the same time sights to the big “Platanos” tree at the center of the square and the byzantine church of St. George. The barbeque corner with the attached oven recommended for the preparation of delicious meals to enjoy at the patio during the evening breeze.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Lachania. Sehr sauber, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und über den Wein und den Honig haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut. Kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Weil es ein Buchungsproblem gab waren wir nicht im Ursprünglich gewählten Objekt, das Haus Almyra war für uns perfekt auch für für eine 4 köpfige Familie, es liegt 100m vom Kiesstrand den man praktisch meist für sich alleine hat. Ein Mietwagen sollte ein Muss sein. Leider Haben wir unseren Vermietr nicht persönlich getroffen, aber alles war sehr unkompliziert.

casa ottima. il sig. Billy è molto gentile e premuroso. in frigo abbiamo trovato la frutta fresca, bevande ed un barattolo di miele per noi. ambiente spazioso adatto fino a 6 persone. la stanza al piano inferiore - con il letto tipico greco rialzato in legno - è grande e molto fresca. in casa ci sono 2 condizionatori. al piano superiore una camera con terrazzo ampio con vista fino al mare. comodo parcheggio e con locale ristorante - taverna - proprio di fronte. il paese è piccolo e silenzioso. ottimo luogo per visitare la zona sud dell'isola e riposare freschi la sera. di pertinenza un ulteriore spazio condiviso con altri 2 appartamenti arredato con tavoli sedie ed ombrellone. un occasione, se desiderata, di fare quattro parole la sera dopocena. c'è anche il barbecue a disposizione.
