Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen mit 4 Personen. Nach einer Woche würde die Wohnung gereinigt und es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte völlig ohne Komplikation. Schlüssel wurden im Safe hinterlegt. Kommunikation per WhatsApp lief reibungslos.

Das Haus ist sauber, neu renoviert und ansprechend eingerichtet. Lage etwas ausserhalb, La Spezia ist jedoch gut in 15 Minuten erreichbar und die Cinque Terre sind von hier aus relativ gut zu erreichen. Aussicht der Zimmer ist super und die Umgebung ist ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen.

Das Bett war für uns persönlich ein bisschen zu klein, kann aber für andere Personen reichen. Das warme Wasser der Dusche reicht nur ca. 10 Minuten, die anderen Personen müssen danach kalt duschen. Wenige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.

The Mountain View and quiet location

1. Heating had been turned off at the mains and host needed to be argued with to have it turned on. 2. Not enough bedding. No extra sheets or doonas made available to us during our five night stay and only a thin sheet and thin polyester blanket put on each bed which was in no way sufficient for the 6-10 degrees Celsius nights in the mountains. 3. Not adequate basics, Only dangerous, unhealthy seed oil provided. No baking paper, no alfoil or food wraps and zero containers to be able to save food in the fridge were provided. 4. Only JUST enough toilet paper - we had to rashen it with paper toweling to make it last. And there was not any toiletries provided except for a tiny bit of shampoo in the bottom of a bottom but nothing else. 5. Nothing to hang clothes on, so if you do a load of washing there you need to use all the dining room chairs to hand them in the house and take up the entire about of living space with drying your clothes. 6. Only hard cheap plastic seats provided in the kitchen for dining - there is no lounge so if you want to relax you need to sit on the beds in the bedrooms. 7. Internet was extremely weak and would constantly turn off or cause delays or cut out. 8. There were no cable channels as described 9. Only channel were basic tv Channels and all in Italian. 10. Drive up to the property is steep and extremely narrow and there isn’t sufficient car parking at the top plus the walk to the actual apartment is steep and approx 300metres so beware of heavy luggage and groceries as this won’t be fun at all. 11. The national park is fairly inaccessible from up there, unless you are an extremely fit hiker it will be far too steep to enjoy it at all.
