About this house rental

Era Nido Peccenin, (011003-LT-0036). Independent house of 63sqm equipped with all comforts. Arranged on two floors with internal and external stairs. Private parking, garden with table and umbrella. On the ground floor there is the living area with kitchen, oven, TV, sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and bidet. First floor bedroom with double bed, possibility of additional single bed. Ideal location for visiting areas of tourist interest. We are 15 minutes from La Spezia central station, 20/25 minutes from Levanto, Monterosso al Mare, 50 minutes from Pisa and Genoa airports.
