About this farm stay rental
Agriturismo Primaluna is located in the green first suburbs of Bologna, in a quiet, hospitable and reserved place, immersed in the countryside, but at the same time very close to the Bologna Fairgrounds and the city center.
Equipped with all comforts, this small farmhouse is the ideal place to disconnect from daily stress and regain contact with nature and yourself after a busy day or for a vacation.
The entire Villino for four or five people. The Farmhouse has free and password-free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, hair dryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and reserved parking next to the rooms.
We have also equipped the outdoor garden with all amenities: tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and barbecue. In this way our guests will also be able to relax in the wide spaces surrounding the entire farmhouse, listening to the cicadas in summer, losing themselves in the warm and steamy mist of winter and the colors of autumn. The rate does NOT include any meals. The rate is inclusive of taxes including the city tax.

My partner Jennie and I traveled from Arizona and Tennessee to Italy for a week of vacation. We spent the second half of our vacation at Matteo & Laura's renovated farmhouse just a 10 minute drive east of the Bologna city center. We loved it. It is rural, quiet, and was perfect for us, even with the rainy weather. From the property you have easy access to restaurants (including the excellent Trattoria in Marano, 1km away) nearby and in Bologna (too many to list, but Taverna de Roberto was particularly good), pasticcerias (Dino's in Castenaso), and markets. But you have space and privacy, and everything works (including the washing machine). Laura met us when we arrived, and communicated promptly before, during, and after our stay. We would love to visit Bologna again and stay at the Via Marana. Thank you Laura and Matteo - perfetto, e grazie mille.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen zu schwärmen?!
Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Laura, die Gastgeberin, kontaktiert und es war ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt.
Der Check In erfolgte durch Laura persönlich, die nach WhatsApp-Absprache bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort war. Überaus freundlich zeigte und erklärte sie uns alles.
Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr sauber und ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Putzutensilien sind komplett vorhanden, Gewürze in der Küche (die sehr gut ausgestattet ist), Waschmittel für die AEG-Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Duschgel etc.
Uns fiel nichts ein was wir vermisst hätten.
Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon quasi ein Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit o.g. Küche, das andere hat ein eigenes Bad und die nötigsten "Kochutensilien", Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr.
Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen.
