In the beautiful surroundings of Montecarelli, this is a 1-bedroom holiday home. Spend hours at the sparkling shared swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds here. You can stay here in comfort with a family or a group of 4 friends.
This holiday home is set against a splendid mountainous landscape, guaranteeing easy sightseeing. Sporty people will also enjoy this region as many hiking and biking opportunities exist. The lake of Bilancino at 7 km is ideal for a relaxing day with a boat trip. If you want to go out for dinner, there are restaurants 0.5 km away. Grocery stores are 6 km away. You can go admire the art and culture in the capital of Tuscany, Florence at 40 km.
The holiday home is central heating. To enjoy authentic Italian food, there are a shared barbecue and pizza oven near the swimming pool. You can enjoy meals on the private terrace and later, play with children in the garden. A game of table football is great for recreation.

The vacation resort was excellent. Very quiet, a great view. We were always welcome. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The resort invites its guests to a pizza evening to get to know each other.

Leuk, sfeervol huisje. Superschoon en alles nog redelijk nieuw. De gastvrouw deed er alles aan om ons welkom te laten voelen; er was een gratis pizza party, een andere dag kwam ze opeens langs met een kist pruimen waar we van mochten pakken wat we wilden. Nadeel is wel dat het tuintje héél klein is en je echt direct naast je buren zit. We moesten door het tuintje van de buren heen om bij het zwembad te komen. 'S Avonds met de ramen dicht hoor je bijna niets van buiten, maar wel van je buren, de muren zijn dan en het is erg gehorig.

Mooie accommodatie. Zeer goed ontvangen. Zeer behulpzaam: Omgeving: moet toch wel wat verplaatsingen doen voor alles. Dorpje op zich is niets te beleven.

Wij (stel met kindje van 1) hebben het heerlijk gehad (eerste 2 weken van september)! Wij kwamen wat eerder aan dan gepland, en Annamaria zorgde ervoor dat ze alsnog netjes op tijd aanwezig was om ons te ontvangen. Heel vriendelijk, vertelde eerst een en ander in haar kantoortje. Toen nam ze ons mee naar ons appartement en gaf ons een rondleiding. Bij vragen konden we haar het beste via WhatsApp bereiken, omdat ze er niet de hele dag was. Dat werkte prima. Omgeving is prachtig. Wel ligt er een snelweg vlakbij die je wel hoort, maar niet overheersend. Vooral motors hoor je. We hadden een prima appartement, met een zitje aan de achterkant, waar we uitkeken op het zwembad. Bij het zwembad kon je heerlijk zitten/liggen. Een klein nadeel is dat je vrijwel alles met de auto moet doen. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt in San Barberino, ongeveer een kwartier met de auto naar beneden, flink wat bochten door. Was goed te doen, maar wel goed om rekening mee te houden. In het dorpje Montecarelli zelf hebben we heerlijk geluncht bij Antica Osteria di Montecarelli. Zij zijn alleen open voor de lunch. Wel aan te raden om te reserveren, het is vrij populair. Verder is de pizza-avond ontzettend leuk! Elke woensdag (bij goed weer) wordt er een pizza-avond georganiseerd. Voor de gasten én familieleden, elke week nodigen ze weer wat andere familieleden uit. Eten en drinken, het wordt allemaal geregeld. Niet te veel eten overdag, want je krijgt genoeg! De eerste pizza-avond zaten we vooral met Nederlanders en Belgen, de week erop was het wat internationaler Canadezen, Israëliërs, Oostenrijkers, Chinezen, Belgen en wij. Vanuit Montecarelli kun je mooie steden en dorpjes bezoeken. Wij zijn naar Florence en Siena geweest, en allebei prima te doen, bij allebei konden we in een parkeergarage parkeren aan de rand en dan loop je vervolgens zo het centrum in. Kortom, een echte aanrader!
