Charcoal grey L-shaped sofa bed dressed with yellow cushions create a comfortable seating area. A folding table extends to form a dining table to seat 10 people.
Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 2)
Sleeping two in zip and link bed which forms a double or two singles, this bedroom comes with a cosy window seat and a feature fireplace. There is a hanging rail and a chest of drawers for your belongings.

Although noise is minimal, this is a popular pub in a lively area, so please consider if this is suitable for your group or family.

Flat bang in the centre of Kemptown very near the Pier and beach. All about the location here and for people looking to enjoy the delights of Brighton. Being so central it is a bit noisy but that is what you sign up for.

Location optimal for the beach, pier and Lanes... A little excitable late at night due to parties returning from the beach, weather dependent... Fabulous pub beneath welcoming and great beer, ideal for a relaxing week.
