    Once you become used to the smell of raw sewerage that permeates throughout the bottom floors the Hotel is OK. Staff advised it happens when the water table is high so if you are coming during the rainy months you may want to bring some gumboots and a gas mask. Rooms are a bit dated and worn but are large, clean and bed is comfortable. The small safe provided in the room was not fixed down so anyone could just pick it up and walk out with it.
