    We loved the bed and the location. The staff seem nice. Just a problem with them saying they added my IHG membership details upon checkin but I never got the points afterwards, so I guess it was never really done. The bathroom more so its floor can get real wet especially if you turn the shower on and the pressure is strong since the glass wall only cover like 25% of the tub. You really need to position yourself properly when showering. The breakfast can get boring in the long run since it is almost always the same everyday. The view at the top is nice especially in the evening. No slippers in the room, no extra brush or other toiletries except for tissues and towels. Also no complementary water inside the room. All in all, it is ok, not a perfect stay but if you get it for cheaper price, then it is already a good deal.

    My holiday ended badly. Our recent stay at this Crowne Plaza was characterized by systemic failures in both maintenance and staff integrity. The room ventilation was non-functional, and the internal communication was worse; we were told no other rooms were available, only for a parallel inquiry to reveal that vacancies did, in fact, exist. To be met with "gatekeeping" and a lack of empathy when raising legitimate comfort concerns is unacceptable for a premium brand. While the eventual room move resolved the technical issue, it did not repair the trust lost through staff dishonesty. This property currently falls far short of the IHG standards we have come to expect.
