I stayed at Axel Guldsmeden with my wife and our 6-month-old baby.
Before booking, I checked policies on *** which state that infants can stay in existing beds without extra charges. However, at check-in, we were asked to pay an additional 200 DKK per night for our baby, which was not clearly communicated in advance.
After some discussion, the fee was waived, but the room we received was extremely small and not suitable for two adults and a baby.
Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially in a hotel of this level.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I believe the hotel should improve transparency and cleanliness

Nice atmosphere. Room was a bit dark. Would have liked a fridge and towels refreshed daily as we were a group and things get mixed up. Clean but a bit tired.

They gave me a piece of paper with someone else’s email on it no care of data protection. They gave me a room with broken air conditions. Took me in some dirty lift as other lifts broken. Disorganised. Best thing was restaurant.
