The Scandic Falkoner is perfectly situated in Copenhagen with excellent connections to the metro system, and with access to the airport and to the trains, allowing us to travel to Malmö for the day or to visit museums such as Louisiana (great collections!) or Frederiksborg.
The hotel rooms are not very large but adequate for a couple traveling light (no large suitcases!). Nevertheless, the price is rather high.
On the other hand, breakfast buffet is excellent.

Location is convenient as it caters all the metro lines to the city center and even to the airport. Would recommend for the location alone.

They don't have internal phone in the room, I figured that too late!!!!
Upon arrival, my shower drain didn't work. So I had to dress up in the middle of my shower to crawl downstairs and break the news.
The room was hot, according to a staff, they dont have air conditioner, that was air cooler, so during hot days, it is HOT.
I tried to convince the staffs that whatever it is, the room should not be that hot. They insisted that there was nothing wrong with that unit.
In the end, they sent me a fan, which didnt work that well either.
Lucky that the weather became cooler during my stay.
Breakfast is good enough, same as other hotels: savory choices, yogurt options, cereals, pastries & breads, tea/coffee, dessert...

The hotel is in a great location for local facilities and access to the metro to get where you need to be. The hotel is a huge center with bar, restaurant and function suite - with basslines playing late into the night. Despite its price, its pretty basic, with not even a kettle in the room (although hot water available in the reception), but the big problem was hairs (!), we noticed lots of hairs on the carpet and chairs and so asked for this to be hoovered, which it was, but then we also noticed hairs on the pillow and sheets - we asked for those to be changed - they were, with new bedding complete with more hairs......having picked off as many hairs as we could find, we then declined to have the bedding changed for the rest of our stay. Reception staff were very apologetic, but it just shouldn't be that way.
