    Nos quedamos 4 días los primeros 2 el aire acondicionado fallo y nos cambiaron de habitación un buen punto. Las escaleras están muy escondidas y uno de los ascensores se arruinó y demorábamos subir y bajar. La atención del personal fue muy buena todos muy amables. Pero no quita que el hotel necesita sus refacciones porque se nota que son instalaciones antiguas. Lo único que mejorar.

    WiFi speed is 0.4mbps in my room. Gym equipment is mostly broken and dangerous. There’s many leaks in the gym ceiling. People were coming into the gym and having to leave after a few minutes as nothing worked. The elevators take about 5 mins of waiting before they arrive. Both of the ladders in and out of the swimming pool are broken and dangerous.

    Location is excellent as it is close to the famous Copacabana beach. Hotel infrastructure is outdated. Elevators are poorly maintained and have lines every single time. Breakfast has abundance of low quality repetitive food
