The towels were frayed and when we complained they got angry and the next day the towels were worse. The linen had a hole. The bathroom was not cleaned only towels were folded. The room was not cleaned after the entire day out. Cleaning staff came after 6 and did a bad job. There was no coffee and tea station as listed in the booking. Upon enquiring, I was given a poor excuse. The night clerk was the best of the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Not sure his name but a big guy. I couldn't add the photos for some reason.

Well, firstly the things in the room are like out of date. Loud noise from air-con and fridge. The bathroom is so old. There is mold and the smell kind of damp.
It’s quite bad and it s not ok with what I paid for.
The light in the bathroom is flashing sometime. The room is small.
Also there was a used glass and even I let the cleaner come to clean they not even notice or change it for me.
The duvet is so thin. I dont even feel it is duvet
The food is acceptable. Their staff is ok.
But tbh, should renovate!!!
