About this house rental
Vacation in luxury at our gorgeous beachouse in the most sought after location in HB. Be in the water in a few minutes, or take a 5minute stroll to the famous HB Pier. Countless great eateries, classic beach clubs and fantastic shopping awaits you at Main Street or our new hotspot, Pacific City.
A quick walk back to the house and it will be easy to find a relaxing space to harbor your mood ... sunning on the rooftop deck, chilling in the side yard under the palms or grabbing a cold beverage and hanging out on the front deck interacting with new friends and neighbors.
The house has been decorated through-out by high- end interior designers with inspiring art everywhere you look. On the second floor is our 3 bedrooms with king, queen and 2 full size beds. Fine linens and the crashing of the surf will provide you with a fantastic night’s sleep. Multi-head showers and classic tiles show the beauty of these 2 bathrooms. The 2 nd floor wouldn’t be complete without a super comfortable sofa, chairs and top of the line wide screen TV. No need to run downstairs for beverages, a mini bar takes care of that.
We like to think of this place as very special and think you will have that feeling as well.
We offer our bikes w/locks for our guest to use at no charge during their stay, with the understanding and agreement that if the bikes are stolen, the guest will be charged $200 per bike. This fee will be deducted from the guest refundable deposit.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you needed to stay in or go to the beach. We loved the bikes and enjoyed the coastline while getting some exercise. Tom and Linda were excellent hosts and answered all questions promptly. I’d definitely recommend this property!

a great property, clean, good location, parking was easy, very nice to have access to bikes, beach is 2 min away, lots of sitting areas, Tom and Linda were A+

We recently stayed for 8 weeks. Great location and amazing property managers who live across the street (Tom and Liddy - they even threw us a welcome party to meet the neighbors!). However we encountered many issues. Individually none were a great hindrance (except the stove, see below) however, aggregated, they detracted from what could have been an outstanding property and experience:
- No working oven for six weeks - a new oven was eventually installed. This caused us a great deal of frustration, inconvenience and added expense as we planned on cooking a lot during our eight weeks - this was a big issue.
- The Barbecue did not work on the ground floor and was replaced.
- Electronics in the house were difficult to navigate and inconsistent - TV screen in the master bedroom was not working for six weeks. The TV in the second guest bedroom, and the lights in the third bedroom, suddenly stopped working. The electronics on the third floor didn’t work at all.
- Third floor rooftop was not usable - This was advertised as a key feature of the house. We were unable to enjoy it due to the TV and several electrical outlets that were not in working condition. Also, the entire deck needed to be cleaned and most has been damaged by the salt air.
- The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced - I understand this has been noted by previous guests and is scheduled to be replaced.
- The living room couch has a rancid odor and is frayed at the seams - We used Febreeze every day to reduce the smell. The living room is so beautiful, but the couch is a big detractor.
As I mentioned earlier, Tom and Liddy were terrific and very attentive to all of the problems, to the best of their ability. I am hoping the property owner will address the issues above.
