About this house rental
Come and spend some time at this great vacation home in Huntington Beach where you can walk to all of Downtown HB's best features.
Our home is one block to the Beach and Pier as well as all the Shopping, Dining and entertainment that the strand Main street have to offer. This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home has been completely decked out with solid surface flooring, gourmet kitchen, LCD televisions, A large front patio with BBQ, and so much more. Year round availability and great weather too.
Location and top quality will amaze you: Our home has been totally renovated and features top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room has large sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a hi-def television. French doors open to a large front patio, outfitted with a gas barbeque and plenty of comfortable seating.
The fully appointed gourmet kitchen, with its granite counter tops andstainless appliances , has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens up to a dining area, room to seat 8.
want more...: Off the kitchen and dining area is a large family room with a fireplace and a hi-def television. We also provide wireless, hi-speed internet, a must have so you can share your fun with friends back home .
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and television. The master bath includes granite counter top and dual vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a large travertine walk-in shower.
Master suite has a peek-a-boo ocean view, King size bed, seperate shower and tub as well as a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a King bed as well as a full/single bunk bed set up. This room is ideal for children or single adults. All beds are outfitted with European down comforters and duvets.
The real deal...: If your needs require baby items, we have available for your use a pack-and-play. high chair, and strollers.
There is an attached 2 car garage to accommodate your vehicle. The home contains everything you’ll want for a day at the beach, including boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, beach towels and a red wagon for transporting the items.
Main street and The newest development, “The Strand”, is a 1 block walk, where you will find numerous boutiques, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
This Great home is a short walk to the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton. If you are here for a convention, why not bring the family and make it a vacation. Renting our 2,400 square foot home for a week usually costs less than a stay in a fine hotel.

We were in town for a fitness competition on the beach, and this place couldn’t have been more perfect for us. Everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking and prep very easy. Can’t wait to rent again.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Walking distance from beach, shopping and restaurants. The weather was gorgeous. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

We wanted to be within walking distance to everything and this home was perfect. The house was exactly what is said it was. It was clean, the beds were comfy and it had all the basic necessities. We really enjoyed our stay!
