The Space:
Prime location 4 bdrm 4 bath on the first block to the beach steps to Main Street and the beach and a peak of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony.
Location, location, location, just what the doctor ordered. Everything in this home was purchase brand-new the Fall of 2015. We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. You must be 28 years old to rent our home.
Restaurants with outdoor dining steps away.
With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.

Steps to Pacific City offering world-class shopping and dining but you don't even have to go that far one block over begins the walk only outdoor shopping mall. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching,

Pets:
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring, age weight and breed for your breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.

We were a group of 10 multi-generational family members. House was amazing, plenty of room for our group, great location near the beach. We utilized the barbecue, hot tub and bikes. Overall a wonderful experience…would stay here again.

This house was perfect size for our group of 10 adults. The house was clean and the amenities were great and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling patio. The owners were very accommodating and pleasurable to work with. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

I want to start positive, this location is PERFECT! The walk to the beach and down town are less than 5 minutes. The amenities like bikes, surfboards, toys, towels, games are all great! The kitchen was well stocked for a large family with plenty of pans, dishes, anything you would need to cook with!
Now the not so good...this house is outdated and not well kept. Almost all the couches, chairs, and cabinets are stained and dirty! The floors when we got there were full of dog hair! I mean if a kid dropped something on the floor and you went to pick it up it had 30 dog hairs on it. I am not Extremely picky when it comes to cleaning but basic vacuuming by housecleaning in between guest is not being completed. The beds were clean and clean towels, but the pictures On VRBO must be from a couple years ago as all the furniture is stained. When we first got there the rooftop patio furniture was shredded and unusable! We were traveling with our family and kids and this patio was important so we contacted Dennis the concierge. He did have new cushions delivered within 48 hours. It was then usable. But the cobwebs throughout home and spiders were also very gross. 2 out of 4 bathrooms had leaks or did not work correctly.
Over all for a trip my husband and I saved for and felt like we spent a lot on on we were disappointed. We did make the best of it, but I really think people should know what they are spending their money on and have accurate expectations. I would not stay here again but would try and find a place with same location as this was by far the best feature! Also to end on a positive notes the 4 patios were very nice.
