Beautiful views and a very comfortable house

Great location for a peaceful 3-night getaway. We’ve spent time in the area but never in Dillon Beach. Would definitely come again. The house was ideal for us, our son and daughter in law. Plenty of space to be together but also room to spread out. It’s a relatively steep road to the beach so we drove. Our dog loved being off leash. The trundle bed is in an alcove next to the upstairs bedroom. It’s great for a kid or someone else who is comfortable sleeping fairly close to the bedroom. The foldout couch is on the lowest level which would probably be good for a third couple. The two bathrooms are on the main floor with the primary bedroom, kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking, serving and eating materials. There are a few “leftover” spices and a drip coffee maker. While we would readily come back, there are a few things that could be addressed in a property at this price point. The main draw is the view. But one big window is damaged. Other windows looked like they could use cleaning. Some of the window coverings need replacement. The dryer was filled with laundry. The closets had lots of stuff piled in them. These were all small nits but addressing them would make this place a solid 5.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us for the weekend. We cleaned it, including vacuuming up any dog hair from our really calm, well-behaved dog, Elin. She is not allowed on any furniture or beds. We have been coming to Dillon Beach for 40 years and love the relaxing atmosphere!
