Silverlake is a luxury private estate nestled in an extensive nature reserve, near to the coast in West Dorset. Opportunity for adventure abounds with water sports, a private beach, cycling trails, woodland walks, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds available on site.
All our properties here at Silverlake, Dorset have strict rules to ensure a family friendly atmosphere. Our properties must strictly be used for holiday purposes only and not for working in and or using to commute to and from a place of work. Stag and Hen parties are strictly not allowed at any of our properties, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking if you break the estate rules.
This spacious and stunning four bedroom Water Garden property offering bright and modern accommodation is set close to the peaceful Beaumont Lake. This property can accommodate up to six adults and four children.
A spacious entrance hall with wooden flooring provides access to a utility room complete with inbuilt storage, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and separate WC.
The TV room is the perfect place for the kids to hang out.
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a fantastic space for all the family and friends to socialise. The kitchen offers oven, microwave oven, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with four stools. The dining table accommodates ten using six chairs and a bench for four. There is comfortable sofa seating for eight plus beanbags.
The master bedroom boasts stunning views over Beaumont Lake complete with king size bed and en-suite with large walk in shower. There is a second king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a third king size bedroom and a fourth bedroom that has two bunk beds sleeping four. We recommend only children in the top bunks.
From the first floor there are stairs to the roof terrace with outdoor dining and views across Silverlake.
To the rear of the property is a large decked area with dining for eight.

The house was ideal for our party consisting of our 2 married daughters families with 5 grandchildren. It was in a good position overlooking the lake and Spa was only 5 minutes away.
The house was well equipped with subtle decor and high quality fittings. The downstairs toilet window could benefit with an opaque blind as the window is not frosted.
We thoroughly enjoyed our break, celebrating my special birthday.
The on-site staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
The Spa facilities were excellent and the whole area including changing rooms were immaculate.
A subtle outside clock visible from pool would be a bonus.
The wide range of benefits provided under the V.I.P. Scheme were much appreciated

The property had everything we needed. The fabulous view of the lake was a lovely way to start the day, especially when we could see the horses on the path on the opposite side of the lake. We spotted deer and rabbits as well as the ducks and other wild birds. The facilities on site were great, being early in the year we had the tennis court and basketball court when we wanted them. The use of the bikes was a bonus too. The icing on the cake for us was going onto the roof terrace on the last evening when there were no clouds and as there is very little light pollution on the sight we enjoyed a terrific view of the whole of the sky, and the timing was perfect as we spotted the Space Station moving across the sky. Would definitely recommend the site and this particular property.
