Excellent breakfast with fresh food, juice, and fruits. We stay in a superior room, which is very spacious. Nice and cozy hotel close to the city center (Around 15-20 min walking). Modern furniture. The staff were very friendly and spoke English, French, and Dutch. We were also delighted to meet two super friendly ladies from the bar and breakfast team (unfortunately, we forgot to ask their names ☹️) who spoke Portuguese, which was really nice!
We stayed for three days, and breakfast offered the same products each day. Some variation, even every other day, would make the experience even better. Access to the hotel by car and the underground parking was quite confusing. While the room cleaning was generally okay, we found several hair strands from previous guests stuck in the headboard and had to clean them ourselves, which was unpleasant. Please ensure the headboard is vacuumed as well.
Bathtubs should be provided only upon request, as they are not very practical and feel somewhat outdated. That said, this was partly our own fault, as we should have requested a room without a bathtub

reception was welcoming and helpful.
We had a late check-in so the kitchen was closed, but we were able to order room service, which was great.
we were travelling by train so the proximity to the station was ideal and the centre of Brugge was just 10 minute walk away, perfect combination.
hard to give a negative,
but the coffee machine in the room didn't work properly and no 'breakfast tea' sachets with the in-room tea/coffee provided.

Breakfast was good and parking was convenient and at a good price.
The room was quite dirty - huge balls of dust under the sofa bed (so clearly not cleaned in a very long time)… the headboard also not vacuumed in a very long time (dandruff, nails and dust)… stained round carpet - like, just get a new one.
