Excellent location for exploring the center of town on foot. Very spacious room. Buffet breakfast with not a million choices, but all the products offered were of very high quality, no complaints there at all.
The floor of the toilet room could have been a bit better cleaned. Wasn't terrible and it doesn't detract much from a generally great experience, but there's room for improvement there.

We loved everything! We stayed for three days - the room spacious and the large bed was comfy.
We recommend the breakfast - phenomenal! A great selection. The scrambled eggs… the salmon… all great!
The wellness room was a lovely touch. We relaxed in the jacuzzi one afternoon - bliss!
All the staff we interacted with were brilliant - kind and eager to help.

The hotel staff were excellent and the room accommodation was perfect for my stay. The location was within walking distance to everything in central Brugge. The room was perfectly set up and very clean.

Amazing location
Parking is not with hotel it’s in nearby carpal (only 200m) but wasn’t clear to me at first. The room had a rack in it for hanging coats that fell down. The dirty mugs were not cleared and I had to ask for replacement. Beds quite bouncy and sofa bed was very noisy every time my daughter turned over in her sleep!
