Location is really good. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Some rooms are old. If you get the new wing then it’s worth it. Stairs in most family rooms which is a concern if you have young kids and these rooms should not be made available to young families. The windows are not very secure and can be easy opened near the stairs and is very dangerous as it’s open without a grill. Kids can easy step onto the ledge.

The hotel is the city center, it is silent, there is a nice garden. Room was big, the bed was comfortable.
Room furniture was old and damaged (wooden wardrobe with scratches, old moquette…) and a travel size cosmetic box for the shower. We were woken up at 1am because the room service had mistaken the room number, however the facility did not give us any benefit (a free taxi ride? a free coffe at least?!) to excuse them. Unacceptable.
