Highlights: The apartment is situated in Neoi Epivates which is great location for exploring not only Thessaloniki but whole Halkidiki area. It is just 19 km far from Thessaloniki center and 11 km far from Makedonia airport (SKG).
Our apartment has 2 balconies. They are equipped with swings and table and chairs that give an opportunity to have your drinks and meals al fresco. Beach towels and towels are provided. It is located just in 3' walking distance from the lovely sandy beach that is tacked between pine trees and Cristal clear, warm water. Switch off and relax, enjoy fresh fish restaurants, taverns with greek food and café-bars with free sunbeds. Grocery, pharmacy, supermarket are literally round the corner. Extremely convenient location to explore both Thessaloniki and Halkidiki .
It consists of 2 bedrooms each with new comfortable queen size/king-size bed, 1 open plan kitchen and sitting room (with sofa bed) 1 bathroom, closets, air conditioning and TV. Bedrooms are facing the seaside obscured by beautiful green trees full of birds tweeting in the mornings.
There is plenty space for free parking.
Enjoy fresh fish or meat restaurants, taverns with delicious greek food and bars that are open till early morning. In cafe-bars on the beach you will get free sunbed with a bottle of cold water ordering your favorite coffee, fizzy drink or refreshing cocktail.
In the apartment there are all appliances provided: TV, aircon, washing machine, cooker, fridge, iron, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hairdryer, mixer, blender, saucepans, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, bowls and more. Easy WiFi to all parts of the apartment. Private balcony and roof terrace with table, chairs and swings, towels and beach towels. Bed rooms have comfy king size beds, wardrobe with hungers. There is a desk for laptop .First aid kit in case of emergency. Fire extinguisher. There are many extras as: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen paper etc.
Our checkin time is flexible and so is the checkout time when it is possible, for example if we are not expecting guests at your check out day. If your flight is later than your checkout time you are welcome to leave your luggage. There is planty of free parking space on the street in front of building entrance.

- Please throw toilet paper in the bin provided.
- The decorative cushions and throughs are not for sleep purposes, place them in the wardrobe.

- Turn off the air-conditioning and lights when not in the apartment.
- Dispose trash daily and on departure in green beans outside on street.

The apartment is definitely great value for money. It is near all the local amenities. It is very close to the airport. You don't really need a car, because there are enough bus links. The owner of the apartment is very friendly. We can only recommend this place, because it provides you with ample space!
