Parking is a big issue, tho the lot on the corner was very helpful. Location close to central market, easy walk to promenade. Three nights of our stay there was a loud rave on our block, til 2 AM. Younger travelers would love it. Entrance from street and elevator filthy, apartment great design, everything worked. Beds okay. Manager charming. It’s a city.
