About this apartment rental
Our cozy and elegant apartment with modern amenities and a balcony is located on the top of the two floor building therefore you have access to the private roof terrace. It consists of 2 bedrooms each with new comfortable king-size bed, 1 small room with sofa bed, 1 open plan living room with kitchen and 1 bathroom, new closets, air conditioning and TV. Bedrooms are facing the street with a park full of trees and beautiful large palm trees in the entrance of building. You will have access to entire apartment, balcony and to the roof terrace. The last features sunbeds, beach towels, umbrella, table and chairs and barbeque to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or dinners al fresco :) Also there is plenty space for free parking right outside the entrance.
Just in 3'-4' walking distance from your doorsteps switch off and relax on golden sand beach that is tacked between pine trees and clear, warm water of the Thermaic Gulf. Enjoy the blue sky, the picturesque sunset, fresh fish restaurants, taverns with delicious greek food and bars that are open till early morning. Everything you might need for a comfortable and memorable holiday is literally round the corner: grocery, bakery, butchery, supermarket and pharmacy in 3'min. walk. In cafe-bars on the beach you can get free sunbed with a bottle of cold water ordering your favorite coffee, fizzy drink, refreshing cocktail or snack.
Highlights: the apartment is situated in Neoi Epivates which is extremely convenient location for exploring both Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. It is just 19 km far from Thessaloniki's center and 11 km far from Makedonia airport (SKG).
The neighborhood is scenic, quiet and safe. Local food taverns, supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes, pharmacy within short walk distance. You will find services such as health center, police, taxi, public transport. The bus stop is 2' walk. Market once a week in the area where you can get fresh fruit, veggies, fish and more.
If you are not planning to rent a car then there is regular bus service to and from Thessaloniki (the fare is € 1.20). You can also use it to get to the neighborhood beaches or to the biggest shopping centers of the city "Hondos Center" and "Cosmos" with multiplex cinemas, Cafes, restaurants, bowling and Luna Park - entertainment parks.
There are plenty of nightclubs and Buzukia (nightclub with live greek music). For those who would like to try their luck :) there is Regency Casino Thessaloniki (close to the airport) - the largest Casino in Greece set amongst 75,000 square metres of magnificently manicured gardens, creating a stunning environment that offers the visitor a breathtaking world of entertainment and excitement.
Aso there is a boat across the Thermaikos Gulf from the port of Thessaloniki, or from the White Tower.

Eine gemütlich eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse.
Die wundervolle Gastgeberin und ihre Familie hat sich um alles gekümmert und an alles gedacht.
Auch standen sie uns jederzeit in liebenswürdiger Weise mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen. Bushaltestellen, der wunderbare, sehr empfehlenswerte Markt, Supermärkte, die Strandpromenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und die Bootsanlegestelle für die Fähre von und nach Thessaloniki liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und denken noch immer gerne daran zurück!
A comfortably furnished, well-equipped apartment with a large terrace.
The wonderful hostess and her family took care of everything and thought about everything.
They were also always at our disposal in a gracious manner with advice and deeds.
The apartment is very conveniently located. Bus stops, the wonderful, highly recommended market, supermarkets, the seafront promenade with numerous restaurants and the boat pier for the ferry to Thessaloniki are in the immediate vicinity.
We enjoyed the holiday there very much and still like to think back to it!

its a nice little apartment very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.
You will definitely want to have a car rented, so you can move around.
The nearby beach is great.
I thought the living area would be a little bigger, but all in all it worked out perfectly for us, a group of five.
Owner was very easy to communicate with.
We had a great time!
