Keybox was extremely difficult to open it took several attempts before it eventually gave way causing considerable frustration and anxiety.

Perfect location, easy to to collect keys. Good selection of appliances in the apartment
A few more instructions on how to use the heating, where to turn on dishwasher, washing machine as the switch was hidden by a brown bin

Property is in a very convenient location, close to the beach and Swanage centre, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Living room is spacious with a large smart TV and books/games available for guests. Bedroom are large and beds are comfortable, with plenty of storage room for clothes/luggage. Kitchen is well equipped, with a small dishwasher and washing machine available. Bathroom is on the small side, but with a powerful shower. Overall, we were very happy with the property!
The flat was clean, but it would benefit from a more regular deep clean. For example: waste bin was smelly and sticky, cutlery drawer was full of dirt/crumbs, floor was sandy in places, washing machine seal was mouldy and full of sand, bathroom wall above the shower/bath was dirty and dusty, top of the wardrobe for luggage storage was very dusty, shelves next to one of the twin bed were full of crumbs.

Location superb for Swanage etc etc, The Railway....
Very spacious Apartment, great for Family or a Couple like us, good access at the back of the Property to the allocated parking spaces.
Everything a very short walk away, Beach,Railway,Swanage Shops, great walk to The Hills and Old Harry Rocks.
Recommended, if you can book it.
The COOKER, The Induction Hob was impossible to work, we had to google it and found eventually we weren't pressing the unlock button for the required time !!! and no response at all from booking.com or the Management Company Sykes when seeking assistance.NO instructions to help us, just needed simple laminated card on wall by cooker.
NO blinds or Curtain on Lounge windows or Kitchen window, very open for all to see us at night, strange.
