The property was modern and furnished nicely, right in the centre of town for easy access to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The cleaners were very friendly and efficient and very apologetic for the fact the property hasn’t been cleaned on our arrival and did leave us a bottle of wine and some chocolates.
it’s advertised as next to the beach which is misleading as you either cross a road, car park and cut through the fair to the beach or cut down through the town, it’s only a 5 min walk so close but not next to it. We had been missed off the cleaners schedule, which meant us arriving to a not cleaned apartment and having to contact the host to arrange cleaners, although they arrived within the hour and only took an hour to clean it meant we were delayed 2 hours unpacking and couldn’t do so until 6pm…..we then reported a broken blind and damage to the kitchen table top. I did email about all of this on our return in the hope we would be offered a slight refund on cleaning cost or token gesture refund for the hassle or even discount on a return visit but was told no and my 2nd email was ignored.
I also think that it should state on the property details how noisy the road is outside both bedroom windows…..yes the property is centrally located for shops, restaurants and beach but this also means it is very noisy being on the main high street through town and right next to the traffic lights which were constantly going during our stay!
The car parking was also an issue with not enough spaces for the amount of apartments and people getting blocked in.

I was really happy with cleanliness and design of the apartment. It was in a great location and easy to access.
The kids enjoyed the space in the kitchen and the lounge room to play and draw.
Although the car parks were close by, it would have been nice to have parked the car at the apartment.
You could also hear the footsteps of the neighbours upstairs.

Very well decorated , modern , comfy beds and utilities
We arrived late to the property and there’s no house number on the outside facade, we had a really difficult time finding it, called host number didn’t answer and messages were not answered either. (Until next day) after knocking on neighbours doors and walking around the block a couple of times we found a hidden alley , tried the code and it worked ! Phew !
The property is over the main road over a pedestrian crossing light , you can hear everything! The constant beeping of the crossing, cars, lots of loud people coming back from a night out over the weekend.
One of the bedrooms doesn’t have blackout curtains, since we visited in summer, lots of light comes into the bedroom really early in the morning.
On the host’s welcome message he reminded us the check out at 11 pm , the day before our check out the host send another message reminding us the checkout process and the time now 10 am. Very confusing.
