About this villa rental
Villa Estelle is a wonderful family villa with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9 people. (maximum 6 adults & 3 children, baby travel cot can be added if required)
The villa has been renovated in a modern contemporary style with light interiors, it is also within walking distance to a local bakery, organic shop and a well renowned butcher shop.
The villa has an ideal location being only 20 minutes drive from Nice, 15 minutes to the coast and only 5 minutes from the pittoresque village of Valbonne.
On the ground floor there is a newly renovated open plan kitchen / dining room opening up onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.
Bedroom 1, Double bed 160cm, is located on this floor. This bedroom is rather cool in itself and a good fan is provided as well.
A spacious entrance as well as one shower room with WC and utility room is also located on this floor.
The living room is located on the first floor as well as three additional bedrooms.
Bedroom 2, Double bed, 180cm
Bedroom 3, Bunkbed with 2x90cm mattresses, (plus one pull out bed if required, upon request)
Bedroom 4, Double bed, 160cm
The living room and Bedroom 2 opens up onto a large balcony overlooking the pool & the garden. There is also a small office on this floor.
All three bedrooms and the living room on this floor have reversible AC.
Outside there are covered terraces, ideal for summer dining overlooking the pool. There is a wonderful garden surrounded by beautiful hundred year old olive trees and a play area for children including a trampolin, swings and a playhouse.
This is a great choice for a family holiday in the South of France!

We stayed for 2 weeks in the lovely house. Great location in a quiet area and in close driving distance to many of the beautiful cities at cote d’Azur.The house had all the promised facilities, and then some. Perfect for a family with kids of all ages.Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout the process.Definitely recommendable if you plan a visit to Côte d’Azur.

The property is spacious and offers all amenities one could wish for (except for an A/C in the lower floor bedroom). The hosts were super helpful, responsive and friendly. And even though we lost one towel and accidentally broke one remote control for the gate, they were very gentle und understanding. We can highly recommend to stay at the villa for a relaxing and not too posh vacation in the Cannes/Nizza area.

Just what we were looking for… a well appointed, very comfortable house with plenty of room inside and out. Would be great for families with small children given the amount of entertainment geared for them there (swings, playhouse etc).
We had to telework for some of our stay and the wifi coped with that fine too.
Good selection of grocery stores (great butchers and grocers store next door opposite the supermarket) nearby and there are a couple of restaurants in the village centre (we only tried the pizzeria).

We are a family of 9 adults and 3 children under 6. At no time did the house feel too small. It was perfect for the children as there were so many things there to occupy them both inside and outside. The over ground pool was a little difficult for young children as it was all one level, but it improved their swimming by the end of the holiday.
The air-conditioning was a must in August and it would have been perfect if this had been an option downstairs as well. It was a little uncomfortable on a couple of occasions in the kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Fabian very kindly came out and attached extra mosquito nets so more windows could let in cooler air.
There is a fabulous patisserie and butchers in the village and the supermarket had everything else. We ate in the village a couple of times because it was great for the children to be able to run around safely in the square.
The Sunday market in Vallbonne was excellent and the nearest beach -although pebbly - did not get overcrowded, even in August.
