Spacious villa set back in the hills above Biot, a short drive to the beaches of Antibes and a great base for exploring the Cote D’Azur. Great pool and a lovely breeze outside due to the elevated position. Our hosts were very helpful too!

The villa is located at the very edge of Biot village in a beautiful settings. It is comfortable and nicely furnished, and we had a great time there. The pool isn't large but it's very nice. In the bottom floor there is a separate "studio apartment" with its own kitchen and small living room + 2 bedrooms - ideal for two families. We really felt at home there. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis (10 personnes) dans cette magnifique villa à Biot. La maison est très spacieuse, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée, les chambres et salles de bain privés sont également dans un excellent état. Les points forts de cette villa : la terrasse, le BBQ et la piscine. Nous avons passé des excellentes soirées sur la terrasse et dans la piscine, quel bonheur !
Le contact avec les propriétaires était très agréable: Annic et Joel sont d'une énorme gentillesse. N'hésitez pas à poser vos questions !
Je recommande cette maison à 100% si vous cherchez à passer des vacances dans une belle maison entre amis et famille et être au calme !

Une très belle villa largement équipée pour accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes, bordée par la garrigue pour de grandes ballades, avant de se rafraîchir dans la piscine!
A l'écart du village, on profite du calme et du soleil.
