About this house rental
A house in the middle of a large garden consists of a multisport field (tennis, volleyball, badminton), a petanque and a pool with pool house and barbecue. It is ideal for 2 or 3 families thanks to many varied rooms and outdoor areas allowing everyone a rest and have fun. The shops are within walking distance: carrefour market has 300metres, and a bakery, a restaurant, a cafe. Behind the house leave trails ATV ideales for jogging or walks. The village of Valbonne is a 3-minute drive, and nearby Biot (10 minutes). The beaches of Antibes, Cannes and Theoule sur Mer are 15 kilometers away, but also the villages of Gourdon and Saint Paul de Vence. This house is ideally located between sea and mountains, in the heart of a secure area that will allow you to spend a great holiday with family and friends.

Prior to going I had a few issues with Vrbo's booking service however both Vrbo and the host were most helpful in sorting the issue.
I had some correspondence with the host prior to arriving, she was prompt and helpful with replies. I was met at the property by the hosts friend this was perfectly adequate.
The outside area including the pool is stunning. Inside was good with comfy beds, and plenty of room for our families to chill and relax.
We would all definitely come back to the hosts home, it's located well and close to all amenities and areas of interest.
To provide feedback I would say that the outside furniture could be updated.The bedrooms, upstairs got really hot ( host provided plenty of fans)
Cooking facilities are on the small side to cater for 2 or 3 families- not that this upset our holiday as we ate out frequently
Again, I would say that the home was lovely!!

We had an amazing 2 week holiday in Valbonne. We were a party of 9 – aged from 8 to 50 – and found the house was a perfect size for us all.
The house and surrounding garden/grounds are just beautiful. The pool is a great size and depth for all ages and the football/badminton court was a hit with the children too. We had pretty much all you need in the house for a comfortable self-catering holiday. There was a large supermarket and bakery only a 5 min walk (max) away which was super convenient.
We had a few days out to local towns – Grasse, Biot, Antibes and Valbonne – which were all very beautiful and easy to get to.
Carole was lovely and super communicative. She quickly answered all questions we had before and during our stay and sent us local recommendations that we asked about.
The outdoor furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated and worn in places but there was plenty to use. The bedrooms were a pretty hot – especially at night. The fans provided helped but perhaps more powerful ones would have been better.
Overall we had a fabulous time and wouldn’t hesitate going back!

The outside property was very nice with enough shadow. The children played in the pool. Also the youngest of three had a great time in the pool, he played on the steps in the pool.
It was very hot the last days and the bedrooms were very hot too, especially on the second floor.
