Good location. Central air conditioning. The apartment was clean and renovated. The apartment is not close to the center, but all the bus stops and trams stops are really closed to the apartment.

Big and nice appartment.
The apartment is on the 8th floor
A small elevator.
The landlady takes a deposit of 200 euros
and checking the apartment before leaving
A bit of a privacy concern.
But the apartment is very nice, clean and big.
