Venice Green Residence

Absolutely loved the stay. The apartment has a lift, they offer free parking, the check in was easy. The apartment was so nice with enough space and had even a balcony.

Hotel was receptive to all the questions I had. They helped set up an airport transfer

I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature in the rooms. The building of the apartments itself doesn’t look great from the outside.

Location and size.

Nothing it was excellent

Apartment was really nice in general. Clean. Check in was in the nearby hotel with open reception 24/7.

Upon arrival we bought some two-way bus tickets on the reception for a drive to the city centre. There was 6 of us and one ticket did not work. Later that evening before going to our apartment we decided to have dinner in the hotel. We were charged pasta that never arrived to our table and after complaining about it to the waiter he still charged it. The next day I really wanted to politely tell them that we were really disappointed but nobody asked us anything at the check out, just grabbed our apartment key without even saying goodbye or anything. The blinds in of the bedroom did not work. There are not enought pans and pots for cooking.
