About this house rental
This 2018 newly furnished apartment is located in Tarforst, a "green" high-altitude district from Trier - 700 m to the university. The apartment is new and modern and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven etc. The spacious living room has access to the invisible balcony with marquise - which is in the sun from early noon. For cold days, the living room has a beautiful fireplace that provides cozy warmth and invites you to linger. A large bedroom with double bed and closet forms one of the two tasteful rooms. The second bedroom, each with a single bed, also has its own wardrobe (rooms are accessible from a minimum of 3 people). A large bathroom with toilet, corner bath and shower has a heated towel rail in addition to the underfloor heating. Another guest toilet with urinal is located next to the bathroom.
The apartment is in the countryside and yet close to the center and is therefore the ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes in the direction of the Moselle, Ruwertal or Saar. Those who would like to visit the city with its Roman buildings (Porta Nigra, cathedral, imperial baths etc.) can take the city bus (stop right outside the front door) to the city center in 15 minutes.

Es hätte uns nicht besser treffen können. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und alle meine Fragen wurden direkt beantwortet. Vor Ort wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Host empfangen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Diese ist wunderschön, perfekt ausgestattet (bis hin zu Spülmaschinentabs und Kaffeefiltern) und war blitzeblank sauber. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von Trier ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt. Wenige Fußminuten entfernt ist ein Supermarktkomplex und in der Wohnung ist ein Infoordner über den Vorort mit Tips für Restaurants etc.
Der Balkon mit Grill lädt zu chilligen Sommerabenden ein und im Winter ist der Kamin sicher eine gute Option.
Der einzige (minimale) Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Fliegengitter an manchen Fenstern, so dass man ohne Tierbesuch durchlüften kann. Da die Wohnung aber auch bei sommerlichen Temperaturen recht kühl war, ging es auch ohne.
Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den schönen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung zu zweit für 3 Nächte gebucht und es lief alles absolut reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist neu, modern und großzügig. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Auf dem Balkon kann man die Abende ruhig ausklingen lassen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Trier, buchen wir gerne wieder hier.

Endlich konnten wir den gebuchten Urlaub von 2020 antreten. Besser spät als nie. Leider nur ein verlängertes Wochenende.
Wir waren so glücklich: eine Topunterkunft, supernette Vermieter und eine tolle Lage. Man kommt schnell von A nach B.
In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Es fehlte nichts, natürlich muss man dafür auch wieder etwas auffüllen.
Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr, für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wieder. 5*****
