Quiet, not too far to the centre of the old town (with a car). Good facilities (however no microwave). Great to be able to do laundry. Nice Italian restaurant nearby, and ice cream cafe next door.
Parking was a bit tricky. There were apparently spots reserved in a nearby hotel, but it wasn’t clear whether specific spaces were reserved. It was good to be able to pull into the front of the property to unload and load our car, but it would have been good to have this explained in the booking information.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliche Kommunikation, sehr einfacher Zugang, gute Ausstattung.
Das Bett ist für zwei Personen zwar grundsätzlich hinreichend, aber es dürfte auch 20 cm breiter sein. Und auf jeden Fall bedarf es zwei Decken und nicht nur einer.

Large rooms, except the kitchenette. Separated sitting room with a large smart.TV
The kitchenette was rather small, really more a nook than anything else. The cooking facility was limited to 2 heating plates, so they get really hot but are not really suited for cooking. One of the reasons I like to take an apartment over an hotel is the ability to cook myself. Si I was limited to mostly simple pasta dishes.
