About this house rental
My holiday home is in a quiet location, slightly hidden on a small stream.
The house was completely renovated in 2013 and was comfortably and invitingly furnished with great attention to detail. Equipped with 2 bedrooms (1.60 mtr beds), a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine (tabs are ready for you), washing machine with dryer and ceramic hob, as well as a small shower room and a cozy living room with access to the terrace.
Spend a varied short break in Germany's oldest city - and look forward to "coming home" to your own little empire.
It left nothing to be desired. The beds are covered with fresh white bed linen on arrival, towels are ready for you.
Trier Pallien is a cozy street village that has retained the characteristic building structure to this day. The district of Alt-Pallien lies at the level of the Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke at the mouth of the Sirzenicher Bach. It captivates with its cozy little alleys and the typical narrow buildings with romantic flair that were preserved in the year of construction. Nestled comfortably between sandstone cliffs and the left side of the Moselle opposite the city center.
Trier-West has a good infrastructure, all shops for daily needs are easy to reach. There is a good bus connection to Trier city center. The bus stop is within walking distance.

We stayed in the house for five days of working in Trier, leaving in the morning and returning at night. The house is very well situated as to closeness to the downtown of Trier, and it is quiet. Everything was well appointed and sparkingly clean.

Das Haus war sehr viel kleiner als erwartet, vor allem das Bad ist für Personen über 175 cm eine Herausforderung. Die Küche hat die besten Jahre schon hinter sich und uns hat eine "normale Kaffeemaschine" gefehlt. Kapseln sind eben nicht besonders nachhaltig... Die Sauberkeit in den Schlafzimmern war super, im Wohnraum hat sie zu wünschen übrig gelassen (Platzsets und Decke auf der Couch, Lichtschalter). Die schönen Erlebnisse in der Stadt und die gute ÖPNV-Anbindung haben vieles ausgeglichen.
