In the heart of the Sauerland, just a few steps away from Winterberg and Willingen is Elpe Apartments Hochsauerland.
Do you dream with? Our house is located on the edge of a small authentic village, surrounded by endless forests.
Our own mountain stream flows in our large garden: the corner of the village with several waterfalls.
From every apartment you have a view of the garden and you can hear the water rushing and the birds singing.
You can hardly get closer to nature!
Our garden is right next to the forest, where several hiking trails start, and who knows, you will discover a deer ..
But despite this tranquility, all attractions of Sauerland are nearby!
Winterberg with its cozy center, large ski area, climbing forest, toboggan run etc. is only a 15 minute drive.
Sights such as Fort Fun, the Ramsbeck mine and Bruchhauser Steine are also nearby. There are several hiking, cycling, car and mountain bike routes right around the village.
All year round there is a lot to do in Elpe and the surrounding area. In winter, the area is known to have guaranteed snow, spring is a paradise for hikers and cyclists, summer offers a wide range of opportunities to relax and autumn is known for its rich colors in the forests.
In the apartment complex are 7 spacious, bright and modern apartments for 4 or 6 people. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, modern luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious bright living room with terrace directly on the garden and two bedrooms. Free WiFi and flat screen television complete the apartment for real living pleasure. This apartment has a comfortable double bed (fold-away bed) in the living room and two bedrooms, each with two single beds (1 bunk bed).
All apartments go to the communal garden bordering the extensive forests where a small mountain stream flows. There are some play equipment in the garden and there is also the possibility to barbecue. When leaving the garden, some signposted hikes start. a. a hike to the largest waterfall in Sauerland, the Plästerlegge.
There are free parking spaces at the complex and mountain bikes or ski gear can be parked in the basement.
The whole complex has been completely renovated recently.

Schöner günstiger Aufenthalt im Sauerland. Viele tolle Ausflugsziele im näheren Umkreis der Wohnung sie z.B. Fort Fun, Kinderwanderweg, Wasserfall, Tropfsteinhöhle, Wildtierparks, Bergwerk,... .
Ruhige Lage mit kleinem Bächlein und Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück der Ferienwohnung für die Kinder.

Zunächst einmal zur Unterkunft : alles war sehr sauber und hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Eine tolle Terrasse mit einem tollen Ausblick.
Und die Wohnung lag sehr zentral zu Winterberg und willingen. Auch die Infos in der Wohnung für Unternehmungen und Verpflegung waren ausreichend.
Somit alles top
Nehmen es gerne nochmal in Anspruch 👍
