About this house rental
Here we are dealing with a comfortable 4-star vacation home for 2-8 people right in the middle of the hiking world of Schmallenberg-Sauerland. The house has 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. During the winter you can enjoy the comforting warmth of a tiled stove found in the spacious living area. In the living room there is a dining area for 8 people and a comfortable set of couches. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with 4-star compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, etc. A high chair and crib can be provided upon request. A roofed balcony, 2 patios and a large compound with a superb view of the nature top off this wellness offer. You can park your car in our garage. Well-behaviored dogs are allowed. A ski lift is about a 300m walk away. Hikers have an optimal location due to the close proximity of the Rothaarsteig and a lot of other trails. The house was renovated in 2004.

We stayed here for a long weekend of motorcycling in Sauerland. Schanze 19 positively surprised us: very tidy and clean, fantastic bathroom for each bedroom, great view and fully provided with appliances. And we especially enjoyed the garage!

Wir (zwei Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern) haben ein tolles Winterwochenende in diesem gemütlichen Haus verbracht. Besonders die Aufteilung hat es uns angetan. Jedes Elternpaar und die Kinder hatten ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, außerdem war genügend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder und ein schöner Wohnraum zum "Klönen" für die Erwachsenen vorhanden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und entsprach der Beschreibung. Während die Kinder vom nahen Rodelhang begeistert waren, hat uns Erwachsene die winterliche Idylle der Umgebung fasziniert. Tipp: Im Winter unbedingt den Kachelofen anfeuern! Fazit: Wir kommen gerne wieder!
