The rooms are beautifully presented and well thought through. The host was welcoming, attentive, friendly, helpful and responsive. The location was excellent - minutes from the centre. The airport pick-up was smooth and our lovely driver was friendly and informative - and a safe driver! The free breakfast vouchers for a beautiful, nearby restaurant was a lovely bonus.
Some coffee sachets in the room would have been helpful. The wi-fi was not very strong. Everything else was perfect.

Good Location. Street parking available. Offsite breakfast at a nice restaurant. TV with many channels. Host and staff were excellent.
Lacks amenities. While breakfast was great; we had to walk ~10 minutes to get there; not great since it was raining one morning.

Good location
Lots of street noise, hard bed, sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Shower flooded the bathroom as the drain was blocked. Was this from a lack of cleaning? After we mentioned it and it was cleaned it worked perfectly.
