There was a number of things we liked about the property: great location, super clean, stylish rooms. The host was easy to contact and very responsive.
Few points to note, which not necessarily were a an inconvenience, but worth bearing in mind:
- the rooms are not serviced throughout the stay, so no one comes to clean the room until you check out, that was not a problem during a short stay, we got plenty of towels, toilet rolls and bin bags;
- the listing is a bit misleading, the is no washing machine / dryer available, the host provides laundry service at additional cost;
- there was a coffee machine in the room but no kettle until we asked for it;
- the breakfast is served at a bar/restaurant about 5 min walk from the rooms;
- we stayed in two rooms, 4 and 5 - not sure about other rooms, but these two were quite compact. Room 5 has a slanted roof, making it feel a bit claustrophobic and the bathroom is tiny, I think room 5 should be let as a single at most. Room 4 was not much bigger but without the slanted roof it felt more spacious, bathroom was bigger making it much more comfortable;
- the rooms could do with a touch of paint here and there, the walls are scratched here and there, as unfortunately some guests don’t care.

Sehr schönes und zentrales Zimmer. Sehr sauber und einfacher Check-In. Unser Gastgeber hat uns alles erklärt, inkl. Tipp für einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
Das Frühstück in seinem Restaurant war lecker.
Das Zimmer war klein aber vollkommen ausreichend.
