A little noisy but mainly because they were doing some road construction.

Fabulous location on the Riva. Lovely balcony with stunning view. Very comfortable.
Be mindful it’s on the 4th floor. No lift. At night there is a persistent low hum/ vibration. ? Air con unit up above?? This bothered me but my husband didn’t notice it.

Amazing location and views. You have to be able to climb stairs though. There are 92 of them up to the room.

Room itself was clean and new. Air conditioning worked pretty well.
Be aware that this is not a hotel, it's essentially an airbnb. The check in process was strange. There's no front desk or lobby, you wait outside and someone sends you a WhatsApp message and comes and meets you to let you in. You also have to walk through some dark and gross hallways and up 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. Also, if we didn't leave the bathroom window open, the room smelled very musty.
