Beautiful modern and comfortable apartment with a large terrace of 22m2, sea view and greenery, enjoying independent air conditioning in each room.
Located in a secure luxury residence ("The Sky of Fabron", guard 24h / 24h, surveillance cameras) on the very sought-after hill of Fabron in Nice, having a splendid swimming pool within a raised park, of two tennis court, a club house with restaurant in the residence open 7 days 7, ping pong table and games for children.
The south-west facing apartment consists of a large living room, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso machine), a bedroom with a Queen size bed and large dressing room, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed in comfortable bed 140 x 190 cm. With Wifi and a large TV with free access to Canal + and BeinSport.
The rooms overlook the sun-soaked terrace all day, with blinds, outdoor sofas and electric barbecue.
At your disposal also a box closed in private parking, being at the same level as the apartment.
Everything is provided for your comfort, bed linen and towels provided without extra charge. The bed is made upon arrival.

The stay in the appartment in Nice with Jean-Marc Penvern as a host was fantastic. Jean-Marc was very nice - he showed us how the things everything worked, and how to park and get to the pool. He was very good at speaking English. The appartment was very nice and clean. This is a place we would like
to return yo, if we are going to Nice again.

The apartment was great, exactly as pictured and described. The terrace was a wonderful space. The kitchen had everything you need. The host was excellent - provided the most comprehensive directions and general instructions, and was very responsive if i did have any contact or questions, plus provided a lovely welcome pack. The apartment is in a lovely leafy suburb which was a welcome calm from the bustling Nice centre but you do need to get taxis to get to the centre. Easy 15 min walk to the beach/promenade (although a little more challenging walking back up the hill) but there are buses if we had wanted to use them as well. We didn't use the pool as there were no loungers but it looked great.
