About this apartment rental
2 fully air-conditioned rooms, very quiet, not overlooked, very beautiful view with large terrace on the top floor, all comfort, Internet
wifi, private parking (for small or large cars) and collective parking secured by gate at the entrance to the residence. Guardian. Fabron Caucade district. Quiet area to the west of Nice.
Good bedding: bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 190 and living room, comfortable sofa bed for 2.
washing machines and dishes....All the comfort
Sheets and towels provided.
south west orientation (the sun arrives around 12 p.m. and you can witness very beautiful sunsets.)
direct bus no. 32 to the beach in front of the building.
SNCF train station 20 minutes walk away connecting Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Italy....this avoids going to the city center.
On foot you can go down to the Promenade des Anglais in around 20/25 minutes. For the city center bus 32 in front of the building then either tram or bus 12 on the promenade or on foot along the sea.
If you have your bikes, I can provide you with a secure place.
Our apartment is on the same floor which is convenient if you are missing something. In general, I welcome my tenants who like this apartment since they come back.

My wife and I stayed in this one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom for one week in early July for visiting the vicinity of Nice. We both enjoyed our stay. My wife especially liked the washing machine and washed our clothes daily. The landlady - Ms. Michele was very kind and helpful.
The apartment is spacious, clean, neat, and with a terrace and great views. The air conditioner worked great. The apartment is in a gated community, it is secure and quiet. We had our designated parking space for our rental car. We drove to Carrefour to purchase some groceries for breakfast. The kitchen was quite helpful.
We would highly recommend this apartment for visiting Nice.

Michele is a super friendly landlady. She helped us with everything and good tell us the best places in Nizza and around. Also the apartment had everything we needed and we had no problems with our dog.

Micheles place was exactly as it was shown, and in fact exceeded our expectations. It was lovely, gorgeous patio, well equipped with many thoughtful extras. W stayed for a week Michele was a wealth of information about the area, and even picked us up at the train station when we arrived, and dropped us off when we left! Michele was a wonderful host. She lives next door and it was helpful to know in case of any problems. ( which there werent any! ) and she was so helpful, checking in with us, and offering suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. The property was very close to the supermarket, on the bus route and we used the public transport and local trains so we had no need for a car. We would highly recommend Micheles property and would definitely return.Ian and Maureen Canada
