3-room apartment (65m²) with 2 bedrooms and a living room in a quiet residential area. Better reception possibility corresponding to a family of two children.
Close to the beach (5 to 7 minutes) and the port of Saint Laurent. Located in an area close to shops (100m), the beach (600m), the port (1 km), also close to the famous Cap 3000 shopping center. Fully equipped.
Car not compulsory, close to the SNCF train station and bus stops, you can easily visit NICE, CAGNES SUR MER, ANTIBES, CANNES, GRASSE or VENCE etc ...

After a strenuous cycling holiday through France, we arrived on Luc and Nadia’s doorstep, ready for a break. The ‘home away from home’ had everything we required to wash our clothes, prepare food and relax in the beautiful garden. We stocked up on delicious food from the shops just up the road. Access to Nice was easy by train and the airport is super close by. Nadia and Luc were extremely warm and generous hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and boarded or plane in excellent shape.

My friend and I have been traveling through France for multiple Rugby World Cup matches. We had a wonderful stay in Nice! Our hosts were very helpful, the place is charming, and is just a short walk to the marina, where there are dozens of bars and restaurants - super fun! Unexpected guests were amorous tortoises (good for them!), and mosquitoes; we ended up buying a bug zapper, bug spray, and citronella candles so we could enjoy the charming courtyard, and leave the windows open for a breeze. We would stay here again on our next visit to Nice!

Vaste appartement dans une belle maison niçoise, doté de tout le nécessaire. Le jardin, le calme, tout est là pour un agréable séjour familial. En un mot, on s'y sent chez soi. Quant aux hôtes, ce sera toujours un réel plaisir de les revoir. Merci à Nadia et Luc qui nous ont accueillis avec tant de bienveillance et de simplicité.

We loved our stay and Luc and Nadia were fabulous hosts. The location is great, 5 mins from the airport, bus stop just outside of apartment takes you to several places including Nice. The railway station is just at the bottom of the road with great links all along the coast, including Monaco, Cannes.Plenty of space inside and out to relax. Also good internet and well stocked kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer. Large supermarket nearby and beach with sea front restaurants.Highly recommend this apartment
