Staff were fantastic, rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The hotel was very clean.
Restaurant was closed when we were there for dinner and was sometimes difficult to eat anywhere else so would have been better with it open.

Lovely apartments, useful ski lockers and transfer to Grand Massif
I would have liked more options for dinner since the restaurant was closed eg cutlery and plates in the room and possibly option to heat soup via a microwave

Great location, high standard of fittings and furniture, comfortable king bed, spa and pool.

Location was superb as were the staff
There was no functioning air conditioning in the rooms and there was a terrible smell of drains in the elevators and lower levels. The breakfast was very poor with a very limited selection
