It is a great location for skiing - literally on the slopes. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Sauna and jacuzzi area great and room was comfortable.
Food was good - although a wider cooked selection at breakfast would have been better.
We didn’t manage to stay for our original dates, due to a passport issue on our part - the manager was flexible and managed to accommodate us a couple of weeks later, albeit in a smaller room.
Being on the slope meant it was restricted from an access point of view - luggage etc. could only be moved outside of piste opening hours. This lead to another guest accidentally taking one of our cases on the final day - it should have been transported down to the ski shop for us to collect. When the error was discovered the case had already been taken by car to Belgium and hotel management left it to me to sort out (and pay) for its return with the other guest. I was disappointed with this response.

Close and central to the town
Very limited menu for dinner and quality was average . Also don’t realize that on check out we had to vacate before 09.00 as the hotel is on the slope so had to check out early with suitcases even though transfer pick up time was 1pm

I loved the place, right on the piste it was an exceptional experience, id have love dot stay longer ! Lovely staff and food in the restaurant. Very cool way to get there on a snow mobile thing, really good service.
All was great, the staff were lovely but the only thing was in my room, there was a constants noise of a dripping water or tap or some pipe all night long, hope they can fix that as it was annoying as i couldn't really sleep due to it. Otherwise the experience was great.
