Top locatie, appartement met zicht op de Piou Piou club van de ESF, ideaal voor onze kleine kinderen. Mooi appartement, ruim, heerlijke bedden!
Het is jammer dat je vanuit het gebouw met 3 slaapkamer appartementen geen rechtstreekse toegang hebt tot alle faciliteiten, zwembad, wellness, restaurant enz, hiervoor moet je naar buiten gaan.

Great location, ski in and ski out, and excellent spa facilities
One uncomfortable sofa for 4 people and no way to connect to more TV apps. Room was not that clean, our bedding had dog hair all over it from the throw where last guest had obviously had a dog with them

L' appartement hôtel, les équipements et les services piscine spa.
Le personnel , exemple quand nous arrivons à 18 heures après plusieurs heures de route et que la personne à la réception part en nous disant quelle doit s'absenter pendant 10 minutes, nous laissant attendre , une autre fois où en revenant du parking j arrive a la réception qui est fermée certe mais le personnel présent est légèrement moqueur de nous voir arriver là bref personnel qui est loin d un standard d un 4 étoiles. Et enfin le personnel que nous retrouvons plus au SPA qu'à la réception, vraiment déçu de l' intérêt que le personnel apporte à la clientèle surtout le jeune personnel, les plus confirmés(âges)étaient plus professionnels.
Et il manque un jacuzzi pour que l' on puisse profiter d' un instant de détente en famille, le jacuzzi étant interdit au moins de 16 ans dans l' espace détente.
Donc mettre a jacuzzi pour toute la famille à côté de la piscine ce qui serait vraiment un hôtel familial.
