L'emplacement, l'appartement plutôt bien équipé le calme, l'appartement était propre.
Mal aéré, ça sent bien le renfermé je suppose que c'est dû au fait que les fenêtres sont peu nombreuses et petites. Le 3 ème étage sans ascenseur, même si c'est indiqué sur l'annonce.

Incredible location and very strong well organised kitchenette and bathroom with lots of new and very nice things to use in the kitchen.
The unit we stayed in was not the unit photographed in the marketing photo. I guess the owner has several units but this was confusing when we arrived as our unit seemed very much smaller and the windows faced to the front of the building and was extremely noisy in the evenings and overnight. The reviews said how quiet the place was but this must be another unit.

Beautiful location in the old part of Annecy, close to everything.
Well-equipped with many amenities including crockery, cookware, cooktop, microwave/oven, appliances, iron, TVs, washing machine, and clothes rack.
Great shower with good water pressure and temperature.
The air conditioning did not work during our entire 14-day stay and was not fixed, despite repeated follow-ups. The apartment gets particularly warm. The host offered fans, but as expected they were not a sufficient substitute.
Host communication could be improved - I often had to chase for updates on the AC, and some messages went unanswered for days.
Extremely noisy street at all hours: early morning market setup and deliveries, and late-night noise from restaurants and passersby. Without AC, we needed to open windows, which made the noise unavoidable. With windows closed, the noise was manageable.
Very small bedroom - a larger bed spanning wall-to-wall would make better use of space, as there’s not enough room to walk on either side.
Poor mattress quality and low-grade sheets (supermarket own brand).
Towels had bleach stains, and only bath towels were provided (no hand or face towels).
Very small WC - I’m 180cm (5’11”) and found it uncomfortable to use unless the door was open; taller guests may struggle.
Access to the building is through a dimly lit hallway with garbage bins on the side and an unpleasant smell.
