3 minutes from Futuroscope, in a very pleasant and quiet environment with private parking, close to all amenities on foot. Large 34m2 studio, living room with sleeping area, fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave and all the necessary dishes for 4 people, bathroom, wc.
5 min walk to all amenities (city line bus, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery, mini-market open 7/7, bank, tourist office, park with games for children, traditional café / restaurant).
We are located 2km from Futuroscope, 3 min by car to Futuroscope, Auchan shopping center, as well as many fast and traditional restaurants.

The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain.

Ensemble très satisfaisant. Toutes commodités, Séjour au calme et proche du Futuroscope. Accueil rapide et agréable, propriétaire accessible et a l’écoute.
