About this apartment rental
The apartment II is also located on the ground floor, has about 57 m² living space (plus 28 m² balcony) and is also suitable for up to 4 people. Here you will find a beautiful master bedroom (with large 1.80 wide double bed) and a children's room with 2 bunk beds. This is followed by a modern shower room. From the spacious and bright, with large terrace windows provided living / dining area you reach on the south side of the apartment on a very large, partially covered balcony, facing south.
In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with approx. 70 m² floor space, equipped with fitness equipment, sauna and relaxation area.
The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard. So you will find in our apartments flatscreen TV with satellite TV and a hi-fi system with CD player and iPod connection, but also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Each apartment also has a garage space and ample storage for possibly brought bikes or other recreational equipment.
All apartments have sunny, very spacious terraces or Balconies with a beautiful view (in good weather you have a view to the Alps) and invite you to relax. Of course, there are modern, comfortable sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful garden, as well as comfortable outdoor seating. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with fitness equipment and a sauna.

As a Canadian who has been coming to Western Europe for 22 years for independent self planned cycling vacations my wife and I have been fortunate to stay in several dozen Fe-Wo holiday rentals in many European countries.
This Fe -Wo is in the top 5% of all of the rentals we have ever done. It is ultramodern, super quiet, very spacious and features an open floor plan on a single floor with no stairs. These attributes are incredibly hard to achieve in one rental.
Superb standards are evident in the quality and design of the apartment.....windows, doors, bathroom etc.
The location is not only gorgeous....... bordering on a classic Oberschwaben field but for cyclists it is a gold mine. Several top ranked ADFC radwegs come together in this location....Bodensee Koningsee, Bodensee Donau, Allgau , Thermal towns radwegs....all within reach of this strategic Fe-Wo. SW Germany is one of the most sought after locations for cycling in Germany.
You can also drive to Friedrichschafen from here for the world famous Eurobike....the worlds largest trade show for cycling every early September.
Quality, design, location and standards.....book it now. This holiday rental is the exception in Europe.......fantastic....5 stars.

We had an amazing holiday the house was lovely beautiful views the owner was impeccable we definitely recommend this property to everyone who wants to relax quiet place we will be back again everything was perfect we will miss our friend. BENNY 🐕 an amazing dog which one every single day came to the house to say hello to us 10*

Unsere Kinder (21 und 18 Jahre) haben vier Tage in Bad Waldsee zur Deutschen Golfmeisterschaft verbracht. Das Appartement war optimal und der Weg zum Golfresort mit 10 Minuten. Sie haben sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
